How ToIngredientsFAQsTips & Tricks ### **Ultra-Defining Curl Kit** **Cleanse:** Apply the Gentle & Moisturizing Shampoo directly to your scalp and massage gently with your fingertips to lift away buildup, excess oil, and impurities without stripping your curls of moisture. Work the lather through the lengths of your hair as you rinse. **Condition:** Apply the Hydrating & Detangling Conditioner generously throughout clean, wet hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends where curls tend to be driest. Leave on for 3–5 minutes to deeply hydrate, soften, and improve manageability. Gently detangle using your fingers, a wide-tooth comb, or brush, starting at the ends and working upward. Rinse thoroughly, leaving curls soft, moisturized, and ready to style. **Style:** Apply the Curl Defining Lotion evenly through soaking wet or very damp hair to hydrate, define, and help reduce frizz. Rake through in sections for even distribution, then scrunch upward to encourage curl formation. **For soft, touchable definition** with flexible movement, follow with the Irish Sea Moss Gel. **For strong hold, long-lasting definition**, and extra frizz control, follow with the Strong Hold Gel. Scrunch into curls to enhance shape, bounce, and lightweight hold without stiffness. **Air dry or diffuse** until fully dry before touching your curls for best results. #### BAMBOO Learn more #### WILD CHERRY BARK The Bodyguard. This 4-step kit is designed for all curl types who want to enhance their routine with added definition, moisture, and hold, leaving curls soft, healthy, and full of bounce. How do I use the Irish Sea Moss Gel in this routine? Use it post-styling for added hold and shine or mix it with your All-in-One Styler for an easy, all-in-one application. It helps revitalize damaged hair, reduce frizz, and add flexible, breathable hold—with no crunch, flakes, or residue. Can you describe the scent? This formula has our signature scent, which features fresh apple, peach, and gardenia, layered with floral notes of lily of the valley, jasmine, and orris, and finished with a warm base of musk, sandalwood, vanilla, and amber. How to get the best results ### Shampoo with Care Gently massage with your finger pads to boost circulation and lift buildup without irritation. ### Detangle & Moisturize Apply the Conditioner thoroughly. Be patient and let it sit 3-5 minutes before gently detangling, preferably with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Make sure to use a little cold water at the end to seal the cuticles and while detangling to add slip. ### Key Combinations Curl Defining Lotion + Gel: Blend the formulas together in the palm of your hand to save an extra step when applying. Curl Defining Lotion then Gel: Layer on each formula using methods like rake & smooth, or praying hands, to make sure the formula is evenly distributed. ### For more definition Work in sections, combing or brushing each section before and after applying the formula. This supports the distribution and will make sure the curl clumps are forming. Styles like finger coiling or finger rolling are also great, but take time so remember patience is key. ### Set & Dry Avoid touching your curls while drying the hair. Touching the curls can lead to extra frizz, so make sure to go in once the hair is fully dry.
